If you call or visit the practice between 8am and 6:30pm, requiring urgent care or advice, you will receive a clinical response on the day.
Patients will normally be able to see a doctor within 5 - 7 days for routine appointments. If you wish to see a specific doctor you may have to wait a little longer.
All appointments can be booked a month in advance.

Help us to help you. NHS resources are precious and it is in everyone’s interest to use them in a responsible manner.
- Treat all team members with respect and courtesy at all times.
- Keep your appointments and always tell us if you wish to cancel or change. Notice helps, but even knowing at the last minute when a genuine problem prevents you from coming can help us fit someone else in.
- Reduce delays by remembering appointments are for one person only.
- Only use the ‘out of hours’ emergency service in a genuine emergency. Telephone No. 111
Patients not seen within 3 years aged between 16 and 75 years will be offered a consultation on request at the surgery.
Patients aged 75 years and over who have not had a consultation in the past 12 months, will be offered a consultation on request, this may be at the surgery or in the patients home.
