We are happy to receive email requests from patients via Engage Consult but please be aware that this service is only manned Monday to Friday 9am–4pm and although we attempt to answer most enquires as quickly as possible it is a 48 hour turnaround.
Please send your email with a delivery / read receipt as we are unable to confirm if we have received your email.
If you use emails to request repeat prescriptions please sign up for Patient Access (see below) as this service is linked directly to your medical record other wise please email email@example.com
